Harriett Freeman - Finance Director
Harriett is a commercially focused qualified CIMA accountant, currently working as the Group Finance Director.
She has worked in finance for over 20 years, spanning wholesale, retail, recruitment and engineering sectors.
Her ability to work in fast paced high growth companies has meant she has been able to work with and support incredible businesses, and successfully navigated through 2 rounds of private equity.
She has built out and developed finance teams over the course of her career, as well as implementing new finance systems, management controls and best practice throughout the Operations functions, enabling all functions to be more reactive to the business needs.
Harriett is most at home in a muddy field with tents and music or boarding down the side of a mountain mid winter, but with a toddler around has found more of her time recently taken up with answering why and explaining why not!

Mike Johnson – Project Manager

Laura Owens – Helpdesk Manager
Laura is responsible for managing the Helpdesk, planning and controlling the work processes and workflow of the Helpdesk team. She is an experienced organiser and has a calm and confident approach to her work.

Marcin Grzadzielski – Lead Engineer

Terry Alvarado - Interior Fit-out Manager
A skilled professional with a keen eye for detail. Terry has over 25 years of experience in managing high-end Fit Out and bespoke joinery projects.
Career Highlights
Norinchukin Bank, 155 Bishopsgate London – CAT B fit-out for new high-end office space. Responsible for managing over 30 staff and contractors and the successful delivery of the project.
Uniqlo, 1 Kingsway London – CAT A fit-out of retail unit. Lots of glazed and solid partitions, full height timber veneered doors as well as glass doors. Tea point and canteen area.
Kiku Restaurant. 17 Half Moon Street Mayfair – A high-end decoration project that modernised the aesthetic aspects of the restaurant.
Seiko Watches Flagship store, Brompton Road - Responsible for managing the CAT B fit-out and all works at back of house.
Paris Miki, Duke Street London W1 – Successfully completed a CAT A fit-out project with many different finishes, including a new polished concrete floor throughout the unit. The logistics of managing such a project at the centre of London and organising delivery of materials was very challenging.

Liam O’Hara – Commercial Development Manager
A driven and conscientious professional, who seeks to enhance professional relationships by seeking ways to add value to the customer's experience.
Responsible for the business development strategy across Bluefan Group's client portfolio, Liam's task is to create new commercial and customer opportunities. Through gaining insight through customer feedback, Liam aims to return additional value to our existing customers.
Liam works closely with both the Leadership and Operational team, to draw on their close working relationships with external suppliers, customers to facilitate a 5-Star service.

Outside of work, Liam enjoys travelling abroard and keeping fit. He is also a senior karate instructor in his local area and has over 25 years of training, holding a Black belt (3rd Dan).

Amy Gormally - Office Manager & PR
Amy oversees the day to day running of the office operation, co-ordinating the finance and helpdesk functions and working closely with the management team. Her experience in PR & marketing extends her capability to oversee the development of the company website and have a large input on the PR strategy on social media.
Previous to Bluefan, Amy held a FM position within a property maintenance company and an office manager / PR role at a renowned Italian luxury footwear brand.
Outside of work, Amy enjoys walking her dog Chloe, going to the gym, cooking and shoe shopping.

Jenev Omer - Helpdesk Support
Jenev is responsible for managing the Helpdesk, logging customer requests and dispatching jobs to the engineers via our CAFM system. She is an experienced organiser and communicator, working in a similar capacity at the NHS helpdesk prior to joining Bluefan.
Outside of work, you will find Jenev in a kitchen baking delicious cakes, a skill that she has mastered over the years.

Richard is an experienced gas engineer, working mainly on commercial mechanical and gas work for Bluefan. He is knowledgeable in the field of both water and gas best-practice and regulations and has taken part with both surveying and in the planning stages of mechanical projects.

Rasoul
Fabric / Carpentry
Rasoul brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our projects team. Having worked on commercial high end shop-fitting projects for most of his career, Rasoul’s skill set ranges from joinery, dry-lining and bathroom fitting services to a high standard.

Behroz
Fabric / Carpentry
An experienced and multi-skilled member of our projects team, Behroz has worked as a self-employed carpenter for most of his career before joining Bluefan. Behroz is a highly valued and well respected member of our projects team.

Freddy
Mechanical
Freddy has 20 years of experience in carrying out all aspects of commercial pipe fitting on a variety of HVAC systems. He has worked for a diverse range of customers which include NHS and private hospitals, plus Government department offices in Whitehall. Freddy is a hard-working and reliable engineer.
